CNC Machining
Employing a diverse inventory of equipment, HMC offers comprehensive services for component manufacturing. Our machine tools incorporate the latest technologies and are designed to meet all capacity and capability requirements. HMC understands the importance of maintaining tight positional requirements and retains the equipment and personnel to ensure only the highest quality components are delivered.
Kitting and Assemblies
HMC provides total solutions for the manufacturing and delivery of turnkey products for our customers in the Agriculture, Construction, and DoD markets. We provide finished assemblies and kits from large tractor hitches to small load cell mounts. All products are organized and assembled per your bill of materials by our team of highly skilled manufacturing specialists.
Warehousing and Inventory Management
HMC understands the unique challenges faced by manufacturers today. Maintaining abbreviated lead times through economical lot sizes and inventory control is why our customers see us as a manufacturing partner, not just a supplier. We ensure that our customers' product lines are kept in tact by retaining a portion of components to keep on hand for any emergency and un-forecasted requirements.
Design-To-Manufacturing
Designing for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFM or DFMA) is a critical part of the product development cycle. It involves optimizing the design of your product for its manufacturing and assembly process, merging the design requirements of the product with its production method. Employing DFM tactics reduces the cost and difficulty of producing a product while maintaining its quality.
